Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate applied research projects under guidance
• Identify funding opportunities and submit applications

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health care or relevant discipline
• Five years' experience in applied research
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Familiarity with research software like NVivo and SPSS
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
