TFS currently has an exciting 12-month contract as Bilingual Contract Funding Specialist, reporting to the Supervisor of Contract Funding. This role resides in our Markham Head Office.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Matches contracts to our internal system and verifies terms and conditions that have been submitted and approved
- Review contracts and credit applications for completeness, proper date/signature and accuracy and compliance with all requirements
- Verifies contract rates are accurate in accordance to the rate letters and special programs
- Accurately and efficiently enter data required to complete each contract
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails from dealerships to resolve funding issues
- Maintain strong relationships with dealerships
- Other duties as required

What You’ll Bring

- 2+ years' experience in banking, finance, legal or the auto industry is preferred
- High School Diploma required. College Diploma or University Degree an asset
- Solid computer skills; attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be available to work between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Must be available to work overtime as needed
