Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general maintenance and custodial duties
• Answer inquiries and provide information to the community
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines




• Assist with inspections of mechanical and life-safety systems
• Perform shift work and be available for on-call duties
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least two years of maintenance-related experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and building systems
• Experience with software applications relevant to maintenance
• Valid NS Driver's License is preferred
