Senior People & Culture Business PartnerMississauga, Ontario, Canada | $90,000.00-$110,000.00As Senior HR BP, you serve as a critical bridge between your stakeholders (leaders, people managers and employees), the rest of the People Team, and other functions. This role will be responsible for driving People functional excellence, executing on people initiatives and ultimately delivering a stellar employee experience. Your operational goal is to drive effective alignment, design, and implementation of people-related initiatives. Your strategic goal is to drive talent management outcomes which will help HelloFresh achieve its goals as a high‑performing business and a progressive employer globally. This role is required to have on‑site presence a minimum of 3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesManage full‑cycle HR programs (including but not limited to onboarding, performance management, organizational design, benefits, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and offboarding) to support operational and strategic business needsDevelop strategic relationships with business partners by building trust and influencing business decisionsRoot‑cause issues quickly and uncover core issues using data; consult with and teach the business how decisions affect the site and/or the broader networkUnderstand business goals and recommend thoughtful new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of the People team within the companyAccountable for key People metrics including employee engagement, regrettable turnover, absenteeism, etc.Coach stakeholders and collaborate with HR colleagues located across Canada to ensure consistency and alignment in HR programmingLead projects at both a department and national level, influence and build buy‑in from stakeholders,
and drive execution and achievement of key results using effective change‑management and project‑management skillsTake a true hands‑on approach and successfully monitor the pulse of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagementCreate and drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programsFocus on solutions and be comfortable working in an environment that demands strong deliverables while identifying problems and driving appropriate solutionsProvide strong internal and external customer service focusAll other duties, as assignedQualificationsDegree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR ManagerDemonstrated experience leading change‑management initiatives, especially in organizational design/structure, HR program development and implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processesStrong understanding of provincial health and safety, employment, and human rights legislationExcellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent coaching and conflict‑resolution skills, with demonstrated experience in leading complex workplace investigationsSound judgement and consistently adhere to fair, ethical conduct with respect to employee relations and the highly diverse employee populationTeam player with strong prioritization, time‑management, and organization skillsAbility to work within a quickly changing, high‑pressure environment and with a great deal of ambiguityExperience in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and HR tools (HRIS, ATS,
