Operate as a Facility Maintenance Operator for Housing at the City of Kawartha Lakes in beautiful Lindsay, focusing on essential maintenance and operational tasks in community housing.
As an integral part of the Human Services department, you’ll provide janitorial services and perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities are protected and accessible for residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of housing buildings
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues




• Maintain and monitor waste disposal and recycling processes
• Clear and salt walkways and parking areas
• Provide detailed written reports and logs
Requirements:
• Secondary School diploma with 2 years related experience
• Valid Ontario Driver's License and vehicle access
• Skilled in operating custodial and maintenance tools
