Sales Representative – Fort McMurray

Window Mart Windows & Doors is seeking an energetic, personable, and self-motivated Sales Representative for Fort McMurray and surrounding areas. This is a commission-based position with performance-based earning opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Attend pre-qualified residential appointments to discuss client needs and assess renovation and replacement requirements.
- Obtain accurate measurements and calculate estimates for work required (training provided).
- Present and provide information on the company’s products and services.
- Develop sales strategies to help achieve company goals.
- Independently manage and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Make follow-up calls with prospective and current customers.
- Build long-term, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Confident and skilled at closing sales.
- Robust presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team player.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude after customer rejection.
- Consistently match customers’ needs with appropriate solutions.

Requirements

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- One year of experience as a project manager or in a similar role (preferred, but not required).
