Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Salesforce Technical Lead with total IT experience of good years
- Relevant experience of good years (Critical Needs)
- Minimum good years of development experience on the Salesforce platform
- Minimum good years’ experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users, integrating with enterprise applications like Oracle and SAP
- Minimum 1 complex data migration (i.e., ETL efforts) experience; Global delivery model experience
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud)
- Participation in each phase of Salesforce.com (e.g., requirements gathering, planning‑analysis‑design, architect‑build‑deploy, support)
- Demonstrated abilities defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures,



and implementing practical business solutions
- Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and customizations: data migrations, data quality, system integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development
- Experience managing work streams
- Manage development teams using Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
- Provide technical leadership, setting best practices for integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement
- Identify ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling rapidly
- Define, communicate, and manage a change‑management (release) process to develop and implement current application code and updates to existing application code, including CI/CD Release Management
- Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective; align needed skills based on customer feedback

Salary Range – CA$ 90,000 – CA$ 120,000 Per Year
