Prospero Teaching is hiring a full-time Learning Support Assistant for a well-regarded primary school in West London. This impactful role begins in September 2026 and lasts until July 2027.
This position offers the chance to assist teachers and promote positive learning experiences for students in a supportive educational setting. You will work full time hours from 8:15 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, helping to create an engaging classroom atmosphere. A minimum of one year of relevant experience and current safeguarding training is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate learning by supporting students in class
• Aid teachers with lesson planning and delivery
• Enhance student engagement through individual assistance
• Take part in professional development opportunities
• Work closely with the educational staff to support diverse learners
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of LSA experience in UK education
• Current safeguarding training certification
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the child-barred list
• Right to Work in the UK
• Two references from child-related roles
