In this Part-Time role, you will work with youth aged 13-25 to facilitate their growth and independence through engaging activities. You will be instrumental in creating community connections, and your role will include responsible content creation for the YEP Skills and YEP Social programs. Candidates should be organized and enthusiastic about promoting inclusive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate community activities based on participant interests
• Assist youth in developing confidence and life skills
• Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for growth




• Develop promotional materials for YEP programs
• Support youth participation in community events and activities
Requirements:
• Some post-secondary education in Human Services or related field
• Passion for person-directed support and advocacy
• Solid creative problem-solving skills required
• Experience working with youth with developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid G or G2 driver’s license is a must
