- Highly competitive pay scale: $24.00 to $33.50/h (depending on your experience level), with an evening shift premium of $0.75 if applicable. Annual salary reviews.

Responsibilities

- Read and analyze 2D and 3D assembly blueprints.
- Accurately interpret welding symbols and geometric dimensioning.




- Prepare parts for welding and perform mechanically welded assemblies, with or without jigs.
- Master MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in all positions.
- Participate in the installation and repair of equipment at clients' sites.
- Ensure the renewal, maintenance, and proper use of your work tools.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and quality promotion.

Qualifications

- Vocational Diploma (DEP) in welding and fitting or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of welding experience.
- Excellent ability to read and analyze assembly blueprints.
- Solid assembly experience, particularly without the use of jigs.
- Mastery of MIG (GMAW) and Flux Cored (FCAW) welding; TIG experience is a strong asset.
