Step into a critical role at Wonderbrands as a Quality Continuous Improvement Technician, focusing on enhancing product quality through diligent inspections and cutting-edge improvements.
In this position, you will ensure the highest product quality at Wonderbrands bakeries. You'll be responsible for conducting quality inspections, working closely with CI Engineers on root cause analyses, and actively participating in daily Quality Huddles. Your expertise in Six Sigma methodologies will be pivotal for implementing effective quality initiatives and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor production processes to adhere to quality standards
• Document quality checks and deviations accurately
• Collaborate with R&D; and operations to drive improvements




• Conduct shelf-life evaluations and verify labeling accuracy
• Educate production staff on GMPs and quality standards
Requirements:
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance in food sector
• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical tasks
• Experience with quality management software and HACCP principles
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement techniques
