We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and assist customers in selecting the perfect spa or sauna for their needs. You will be responsible for educating customers, providing personalized recommendations, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Showcase products, offer personalized consultations, and provide excellent customer service based on individual preferences.
- Drive sales by proactively engaging customers and following up on leads.
- Negotiate with leads and use persuasion techniques to overcome objections.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including assisting with financing options.
- Maintain positive working relationships with existing clients and actively work outbound to build relationships with new potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, new products, and company promotions.
Qualification & Experience
- Previous sales experience, preferably in outdoor products,
home improvement, or luxury goods.
- Knowledge of spas, saunas, or related outdoor products is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first attitude.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
