Key Responsibilities:
• Prosecute regulatory cases before committees and courts
• Manage investigators on behalf of the Qualified Conduct Committee




• Supervise and direct investigations from start to resolution
• Advise on legal matters and policies for the Enforcement team
• Collaborate on complex investigations throughout the complaints process
Requirements:
• LL.B / J.D. and Law Society of Ontario membership
• 15+ years of litigation and prosecution experience
• Proven ability to lead complex investigations independently
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Digitally proficient and organized in high-pressure environments
