Job Description:

Job Overview:

Alpine Building Maintenanceis lookingforCleanersfor an immediate position located withinthe GTA area.





Duties and Responsibilities:

- Must beknowledgeable in floor scrubbing and burnishing of floors
- Cleanassigned areas by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floor surfaces inassigned areas by use of mechanized cleaning equipment wherever required
- Collectand dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis
- Operatecarpet machines of various types
- Spotclean walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, doors, and window sills
- Wipeand sanitize all public utilities such as public phones, furniture, and doorhandles
- Cleaningof washrooms, sanitizing, mopping, restocking of supplies as needed
- Followpre-set policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a secure workingenvironment
- Otherduties and responsibilities as required

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Previouscleaning/janitorial experience an asset
- Must beable to lift 40lbs plus on a regular basis
