Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst tosupport operational activities related to hosting enterprise applicationswithin a shared hosting environment. The successful candidate will provideoperational support, service request fulfillment, configuration management, andincident management services while supporting a large portfolio of Java-basedapplications.

This role requires solid expertise in middlewaretechnologies, cloud platforms, service management processes, and operationalsupport functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Supportoperational activities for hosted enterprise applications.

- Performincident intake, triage, troubleshooting, and resolution activities.

- Coordinateand manage service request fulfillment processes.

- Assess,implement, and support change requests.

- Performconfiguration management activities.

- Supportmiddleware hosting environments and related infrastructure.

- Conductreporting, operational analysis, and trend identification.

- Collaboratewith technical and business stakeholders on operational initiatives.

- Communicatetechnical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.

- Assistwith change planning and implementation activities.

Required Qualifications

Middleware & Infrastructure Experience

- Experiencewith middleware application suites, including:

- IBMWebSphere Application Server NDM and Liberty

- IBMDataPower

- UrbanCode Deploy

- UrbanCode Velocity

- Middlewaremonitoring tools such as ITCAM and Dynatrace

- OpenShift

- Ansible

- 2+years of experience administering:

- 2+years of experience supporting middleware environments, including:

- IBMWebSphere Application Server

- Liberty

- NDM

- Experiencewith DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools such as:





- Jenkins

- UrbanCode Deploy

- UrbanCode Velocity

- Experiencemanaging containerized applications using OpenShift.

- Experiencewith secure file transfer technologies including FTP/SFTP solutions.

- Experienceworking with Ceph storage environments.

- Firewalls

- Loadbalancers

- DNS

- IBMMQ

- IBMACE

- Informatica

- DataPower

Service Management Experience

- Experiencewith ITIL Incident Management processes.

- Experiencewith ITIL Change Management processes.

- ProblemManagement

- ChangeManagement

- 2+years of experience managing incidents, problems, and service requestsusing Remedy/eSMT or similar service management tools.

- Experienceanalyzing operational data and identifying trends to improve processes.

Reporting & Communication

- Experiencewith reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.

- Strongcommunication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experienceusing Microsoft Office applications for reporting, automation, and dataanalysis.

- Demonstratedinitiative, responsiveness, and ability to work independently.
