The Edmonton Transit Service is seeking a dedicated Registration Agent for its Accessible Transit Service. This is a vital role where you will handle applications, conduct pre-screening calls, and coordinate assessments to ensure equitable transit services. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail are essential as you maintain secure client files and respond to public inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process DATS applications and conduct supportive phone pre-screenings
• Maintain accurate client file data in paratransit software
• Coordinate eligibility assessments with occupational therapists
• Prepare and distribute new client packages and transit ID cards
• Address public inquiries with patience and clarity
Requirements:
• Completion of 12th grade or relevant certificate program
• Minimum of two years customer service experience
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Active coursework in Customer Service is an asset
• Previous knowledge of paratransit software beneficial
