MD CUSTOM HOMES is seeking two carpenters to work on various construction projects. The job involves measuring, shaping, and assembling a variety of materials, as well as supervising and instructing apprentices. As a carpenter, you will also coordinate site work and maintain structures across different settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials for construction
• Build foundations, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roofs
• Fit and install windows, doors, and stairs professionally
• Schedule and coordinate project tasks in office
• Instruct apprentices and supervise other carpenters
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate
• 1 to less than 7 months of carpentry experience
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to maintain and repair various structures
