As a key part of the Home Services Operations team, you are responsible for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and effective diagnostic work. You will promote Enercare's products and services while ensuring your tools and equipment are functional and safe. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high customer service excellence levels
• Complete diagnostic and repair work to company standards
• Provide best advice for equipment repairs or replacements
• Promote Enercare Home Services products and services
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper stock levels
Requirements:
• Valid Gas Fitter 2 or 1 license
• Valid 313D Air Conditioning license
• CFC Permit (ozone depletion)
• 5 years relevant HVAC field experience
• Good physical capabilities for heavy lifting
