As a Maintenance Associate, you'll play a vital role in maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs will be instrumental in responding to maintenance requests and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also manage preventive maintenance tasks and assist in emergency procedures, contributing to a safe setting for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections of guest areas
• Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks




• Respond promptly to maintenance service calls
• Repair doors, locks, and furniture as needed
• Maintain HVAC and plumbing systems effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied hours
