As a Division Manager at Emcon Services, you'll report to the District Manager and play a key role in managing the Ontario contract areas with the Ministry of Transportation. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance programs for the Thunder Bay W contract
• Lead planning and organizing of project operations
• Ensure adherence to company and regulatory requirements
• Create and monitor contract area budgets
• Evaluate and develop new revenue opportunities
Requirements:
• Understanding of MTO specifications and quality assurance
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment and Health and Safety legislation
• Proficient in industry-related software systems
• Prior union experience is an asset
