Role Description The Mobile Security Guard is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON. This position involves patrolling designated areas by vehicle and on foot, monitoring premises for suspicious activity, and ensuring the safety and security of clients, staff, and visitors. Day-to-day tasks include conducting security checks, responding to alarms and incidents, reporting and documenting observations, and enforcing site policies and procedures.



The Mobile Security Guard will interact with clients and the public, provide transparent information and assistance, and collaborate with other security personnel and emergency services when required. The role requires consistent professionalism, situational awareness, and adherence to company protocols and legal requirements.

Qualifications

- Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
- Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
- Valid G class Driver License
- Must provide drivers abstract. No more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years.
- English (oral and written) fluency is a must
- Previous 3 years experience in mobile security, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
