You will also provide Tier 1 and 2 support and stay engaged in continuous skill development while contributing to various IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and integrate IT system solutions
• Maintain the company ticketing system accurately

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in IT environments
