Qualicare Milton is seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to join our dedicated home care team. Under the supervision of a Care Coordinator, you will assist clients with a range of personal care tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Speaking Croatian or another Slavic language can greatly enhance your connection with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in personal hygiene and care
• Prepare and serve meals for clients
• Manage light housekeeping responsibilities
• Accompany clients on necessary outings
• Help clients with medication reminders
Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent background
• Current CPR/First Aid training or readiness to obtain
• Verified negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Travel availability around Milton, Georgetown, and Acton
• Proficiency in Croatian or another Slavic language
