We are seeking a reliable and motivated Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast meals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional food safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast items including eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, hash browns, breakfast sandwiches, and other menu items.
- Set up and stock the breakfast station before each shift with all required ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure meals are prepared accurately, consistently, and served in a timely manner.
- Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.
- Properly label, rotate, and store food products to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleaning duties as required.




- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest service.

Qualifications

- Previous breakfast cooking or line cook experience preferred.
- Food Safe Certificate is an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
