Manage and update proxy security policies across global environments.Review, analyze, and implement URL filtering rules and access controls.Troubleshoot user access issues, including scenario-based investigations (e.G., website access failures).Work closely with business units across 35 countries to understand regional compliance requirements.Collaborate with a team of five proxy specialists to support daily operational needs.Participate in security reviews, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support onboarding, configuration, and optimization of Zscaler or equivalent proxy platforms.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:10+ years in IT, including 6+ years in security-focused roles supporting proxy technologies.3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise proxy services (Zscaler preferred, Broadcom, Forcepoint, Netskope, etc.).Proven experience writing and maintaining proxy security policies in large organizations.
