In this leadership role, you will execute the JGIC’s event portfolio, ensuring growth in fundraising through innovative events like the Hike for Hope. Collaborate with the development team, cultivating donor relationships and enhancing the overall engagement of sponsors. You will be responsible for budget management while implementing proactive stewardship practices to retain corporate support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Jane Goodall Hike for Hope fundraising program
• Oversee the planning of the Spring Virtual Auction
• Create exceptional donor events for JGIC supporters
• Embed data-driven decisions in event planning
• Manage volunteer training for fundraising events
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in events and campaigns
• Proven project management and financial acumen
• Expertise in event platforms and CRM usage
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work flexible hours during events
