As a Techno-Functional Analyst, you will support L1/L2/L3 for IBMS while troubleshooting issues within scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules. This role requires hands-on SQL skills along with experience in a helpdesk workplace. Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide L1/L2/L3 support in a helpdesk environment • Troubleshoot scheduling, ad sales, traffic,



and billing issues • Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing tools • Perform database troubleshooting and data validation • Conduct root cause analysis and ensure SLA adherence

Requirements: • Strong experience with Operative IBMS BMS system • Proficient in SQL and database troubleshooting • Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of EUC infrastructure and reporting tools
