Key responsibilities include developing care plans, supervising medication administration, and educating families about care processes. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will ensure compliance with health regulations and uphold Extendicare’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct resident care assessments and create service plans
• Administer medications and order controlled substances




• Facilitate resident education and family support
• Delegate care tasks to Unregulated Care Providers
• Manage emergency responses and resident conditions
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration in applicable Province/State
• Experience with seniors and care protocols
• Robust communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
