Key Responsibilities:
• Repair equipment affecting resident care promptly
• Regulate plumbing fixtures and make necessary repairs
• Conduct inspections and maintain light fixtures
• Test circuits and appliances for safety compliance
• Assist with minor carpentry and various maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• One to two years of relevant maintenance experience
• Solid working knowledge of WHMIS
