At Axiom Builders, we are seeking a talented Estimator II with 1-2 years of experience in complex residential multi-family projects. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Estimating and contribute to a value-add preconstruction team alongside estimating, BIM, and project management professionals. This position demands solid analytical abilities and high attention to detail to ensure accurate estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile comprehensive estimating inputs including labour and material costs
• Foster long-term partnerships with trades and suppliers




• Collaborate with peers for efficient preconstruction processes
• Analyze labour needs for budgeting and planning
• Evaluate designs for cost-saving opportunities
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in complex projects
• Knowledge of building materials and trade practices
• Proficient in Excel and on-screen takeoff tools
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
