Join Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. as a Dough Controller on the night shift. This role focuses on dough creation, equipment operation, and maintaining quality standards in a quick-paced environment.
As part of the Mondelēz family, Give & Go is looking for a dedicated Dough Controller for the night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. The ideal candidate will coordinate with Line Operators, manage dough creation processes, and ensure adherence to FIFO practices. Strong communication skills, a focus on food safety, and the ability to work in a team are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review documentation for batch production
• Fill tags with required Dough Rack information
• Operate equipment safely and keep it clean
• Maintain a hazard-free work environment
• Ensure adherence to Food Safety and GMP standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
• Food manufacturing experience is an asset
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
