As a People Partner, you will be the go-to contact for employee concerns, range of issues from harassment to performance management. With your extensive HR experience, you will ensure compliance with laws and support strategic workforce initiatives while coaching managers on HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the initial contact for HR-related issues
• Conduct investigations and develop recommendations
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws
• Lead the performance management process
• Support off-boarding and related procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years in HR roles
• HR Certification (PHR/SPHR) desirable
• Proficiency in HR policies and labor legislation
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
