Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, this managerial position requires expertise in proposal development for government, foundations, and corporate grants. You will collaborate with faculty and researchers to shape strategic project proposals, ensuring they meet funding guidelines. Your work will significantly impact institutional priorities through successful grant submissions that resonate with diverse funders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and submit high-quality grant proposals to funders
• Collaborate with external partners to strengthen proposal competitiveness
• Maintain a centralized content repository for proposals
• Track deadlines and ensure timely, compliant submissions
• Leverage AI tools for enhanced proposal development
Requirements:
• Minimum four years’ degree in relevant fields
• At least five years’ experience in proposal development
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Familiarity with proposal management software
