As part of a dedicated team, you will provide essential casework and in-unit support utilizing a harm reduction model. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practices and utilizes a cooperative approach with medical and community professionals to aid clients in their recovery journey. You will implement care plans while respecting the autonomy of clients as mandated by the Mental Health Act.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients with daily living and rehabilitation activities
• Lead psychoeducational groups and therapy sessions




• Facilitate access to community resources and services
• Maintain accurate case documentation and communication
• Report incidents and assess progress for effective care
Requirements:
• Diploma in social work, behavioral sciences, or related field
• Two years' experience in a relevant setting
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Current First Aid Certificate and valid driver’s license
