Role Overview We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in Wealth Management and Capital Markets technology and operations. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between Wealth business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of advisor‑led Wealth platforms, investment workflows, and data integrations in a highly regulated workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Wealth Management and Capital Markets platforms, including advisor tools, trading, and portfolio workflows

Partner with Wealth business teams (Advisors, Operations, Product) to identify process improvements and technology solutions

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including rules, controls, and exception handling

Work closely with Development, QA, and Business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

Support system testing, implementation, and post‑launch stabilization activities

Collaborate with IT, vendors, and Risk/Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory, suitability, and governance requirements

Assist with data analysis, system integrations, and reporting related to Wealth products and investment data

Technical Skills

Strong SQL skills for data analysis,



validation, and reconciliation

Ability to analyze application code using AI tools to support impact analysis and solution understanding

Experience interpreting and troubleshooting XML request/response messages in system integrations and APIs

Familiarity with system integrations across trading, portfolio, and downstream platforms

Business Knowledge

Strong understanding of Wealth Management and Capital Markets business models

Knowledge of investment vehicles, such as funds, equities, fixed income, and trades

Experience with trade lifecycle processes, reconciliations, and post‑trade operations

Familiarity with advisor workflows, client onboarding, and suitability considerations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in banking or financial services, preferably supporting Wealth or Capital Markets domains

Experience working across business, development, and QA teams in a structured delivery environment

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to Have

Hands‑on experience with Wealth platform implementations or upgrades

Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements impacting Wealth and Capital Markets

Work Arrangement

Hybrid model with on‑site presence required 2 days per week

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
