Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain mechanical and environmental systems
• Conduct routine plant inspections and rounds
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly
• Maintain accurate equipment records in CMMS
Requirements:
• Alberta Fourth Class Power Engineering Certificate
• Valid Class 5 Canadian Driver's Licence
• Experience with commercial HVAC and boilers
