Key Responsibilities: • Own onboarding review processes for business customers • Manage AML program, including alert reviews and SAR filings • Supervise credit decision workflows and portfolio health • Establish risk dashboards and SLAs across the company • Lead the risk operations team in daily functions
Requirements: • 6+ years in risk operations or related areas • Hands-on experience with KYC/B and AML • Solid leadership and analytical skills • Knowledge of Canadian regulations, including RPAA • Experience in fast-paced, startup environments
