Scope of the Position
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Projects Manager with data entry and information maintenance required for special projects.
Responsibilities
- Entering all orders.
- Tracking orders to ensure delivery times are met.
- Making required adjustments/changes to orders.
- Monitoring billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Managing any order returns and/or modifications i.e.,
addition to the order.
- Problem solving for any orders or customer inquiries.
- Customer clarification regarding order or progress.
Education & Training
- High School Diploma required.
- University/College Diploma preferred, with a focus in Sales and/or Marketing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Experience
- 1-3 years related experience required.
