Your Responsibilities You'll oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS. You'll lead billing operations, reviewing billing accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting revenue recognition in accordance with contractual terms.



You'll manage cash posting and cash application activities, ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate financial records. You'll coordinate external audit activities, prepare supporting documentation, and maintain strong internal controls. You'll coach and mentor members of the finance team, balancing workloads, supporting development, and fostering a collaborative environment. You'll identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency through automation and best practices. Skills and Qualifications 7-10 years of Finance and Accounting experience in a leadership capacity. CPA designation with a strong technical accounting background and comprehensive knowledge of IFRS. Experience with ERP systems, including Workday. Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, or Outstanding Plains is considered an asset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly within billing operations and financial reporting. Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing deadlines, communicate effectively, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
