Join Larlyn Property Management as a Maintenance Technician supporting Southwestern Ontario properties. This role involves general maintenance, suite repairs, and on-call emergency support for a variety of properties.
We seek a reliable candidate who can assist with general upkeep, tenant requests, and property presentation. With at least two years of maintenance experience, you'll handle minor repairs, prepare units for renting, and participate in rotating emergency coverage. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be key in this flexible, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Prepare vacant units for rental with repairs and clean-up
• Perform minor plumbing, drywall,



and HVAC tasks
• Assist with exterior maintenance including landscaping
• Troubleshoot building issues and coordinate with other sites
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' maintenance service experience
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Own tools and vehicle access
• Solid time-management and organizational abilities
• Positive attitude with customer service focus
