Working primarily in the OT 6S Gastrology unit, you'll deliver care to patients with respiratory issues and various medical diagnoses. The position involves rotations across shifts and requires effective teamwork alongside physicians and other healthcare specialists. We're seeking candidates with robust clinical skills and a compassionate approach to enhance our patients’ experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistently
• Support and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Manage care for patients with chronic ventilators or Tracheostomy
• Participate in continuing education and team development
• Uphold health and safety standards in patient care
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Registered Nurse (RN) registration
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Preferred experience with complex patient conditions
• Strong public relations and organizational abilities
• Physical capability for demanding nurse responsibilities
