You will assist with governance of benefit plans, analyze market practices, and enhance reporting metrics. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will support ongoing benefits administration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in management of group benefit programs
• Evaluate and benchmark rewards programs for effectiveness
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support benefits budgeting and forecasting activities
• Develop key metrics and reporting dashboards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years in related analytical positions
• Bachelor's in Finance, Statistics, or similar
• Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI desirable
