Overview

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Valet to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto. The ideal candidate is an individual with atleast 1 year of high end experience, excellent communication skills, and able to work with a dynamic security team.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year Experience as a valet.
- Excellent customer service and written & oral communication is a must.
- Candidates must maintain a qualified appearance and demeanor.
- Experience in hospitality is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate is a must.
- Valid Full class Driver's Licence is mandatory with a clean drivers abstract.




- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
