The Mission: What You’ll Do

As our General Branch Manager, you are the CEO of your branch. You will lead your team, champion our culture, and drive growth.

- Lead & Inspire: Interview, hire, and develop the next generation of logistics professionals. Set goals, allocate bonuses, and create an environment where people want to win every day.
- Drive the Engine (Sales & Strategy): Be the face of ALC in your market. Identify high-value prospects, close major bids, and develop a strategic roadmap to acquire new customers while maximizing partnerships.



Collaborate with National Accounts to win locally and globally.
- Manage the P&L;: Exercise full fiscal responsibility for your branch, manage budgets, and ensure long-term profitability.
- Protect the Relationship: Solve complex problems, manage claims, and uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Who You Are

You’re a high-stakes problem solver who thrives under pressure and enjoys seeing your team succeed as much as you enjoy winning new accounts.

- The Experience: At least 3 years of management experience in Freight Brokerage/3PL.
- The Leader: Ability to motivate diverse personalities and build a cohesive, high-performing team.
- The Strategist: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at time management.
- The Communicator: Ability to negotiate complex deals and resolve conflicts professionally.
- The Academic (Bonus): A college degree is highly desired, but real-world experience is valued too.
