Key Responsibilities:
• Repair deficiency items before homeowner walkthroughs
• Supervise finishing trades and ensure quality standards
• Maintain and update construction and finishing schedules
• Produce deficiency lists for timely rectification
• Liaise with homeowners for walkthroughs and key turnover
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in current installations or deficiency repair
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
