LMBME seeks a passionate student for an 8-month co-op, starting September 2026, to collaborate with Clinical Engineers. You will research sustainability frameworks, perform literature reviews, and assist in developing performance metrics for medical device reuse programs. This role is perfect for those interested in environmental science and healthcare technology management within BCs healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews on medical device decommissioning
- Research sustainability frameworks and methods for measuring impacts
- Develop performance measurement frameworks for recycling
- Assist in data collection and analysis during pilot initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders
Requirements
- Enrolled in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related program
