As a key member of Fleet Operations, the Mechanic reports directly to the Fleet Manager and is integral to maintaining our Toronto fleet. This role requires a valid 310T license and includes extensive hands-on work with truck and trailer breakdowns, repairs, and upgrades to various vehicle systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair truck or trailer breakdowns
• Rebuild engines and transmissions as needed
• Perform tune-ups and system maintenance
• Repair electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems
• Conduct road tests to validate repairs
Requirements:
• Valid 310T mechanic license required
• Experience with truck and trailer repairs
• Strong troubleshooting skills for various systems
• Ability to work in an armed environment
