The Memory Living Manager works closely with the Health & Wellness Manager and Regional Manager of Care to enhance life for residents through structured activities and tailored care plans. Critical skills include group facilitation and customer service excellence, ensuring satisfaction for both residents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of the Memory Living Neighborhood
• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with residents




• Facilitate team training and ensure compliance with policies
• Partner with Life Enrichment for daily activity planning
• Maintain communication with management and staff
Requirements:
• Two years’ experience with dementia care in a residential setting
• Management experience preferred
• Registered Practical Nurse certification required
• Degree in relevant field is ideal
• Strong facilitation and training skills desired
