You will play a pivotal role in managing colleague accommodations. Your main tasks will include cleaning housing units, performing inspections, and minor repairs. A valid BC Driver's License and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of colleague housing and common areas
• Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond to maintenance requests and conduct repairs
• Support supply stock control for housing
• Handle emergency housing calls and incidents
Requirements:
• Experience in maintenance or cleaning preferred
• Valid BC Driver’s License required
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work independently
• General handyman skills are beneficial
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
