You will collaborate with clients to navigate community programs, implement adaptive activity modifications, and offer behavioral support. Ideal candidates are goal-driven communicators who are active in supporting clients in diverse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate clients’ participation in community-based programs
• Offer behavioral guidance during tasks and activities




• Operate mobility devices and adaptive technologies
• Modify activities daily to foster client inclusion
• Document client progress and prepare reports
Requirements:
• Class 5 BC Driver’s License and business insurance
• Valid first aid training and CPR/AED certification
• Work experience with developmental disabilities
• Criminal Record Clearance
• Food Secure and WHMIS certifications are assets
